Enjoy Iberian, Corsican and Provencal-inspired tapas with French and international wines in Marseille.
With large tables and gigantic candleholders creating an intimate atmosphere, La Tasca continues to offer Iberian, Corsican and Provençal tapas. The plates feature a multitude of delicious recipes, on the fish side with fried supions with tomato and basil, pan-fried scallops with saffron, octopus a la Gallega. Or on the meat side, with grilled figatelli, croquetas de brousse, banderilla magret de canard, plate of Pata Negra ham. Or the vegetables and tartines Panisses, croquetas, pimentos, rouget/tapenade... All paired with wines from Spain, France or Argentina, or a cocktail. For those with a sweet tooth, opt for the Nutella tiramisu or the pear-speculoos crumble with vanilla ice cream - a real treat! Service is always impeccable, and reservations are essential, as the address is popular with aficionados and fans of Makeda (the concert hall just across the street).
