This is the new sensation whose reputation extends beyond the Camas neighborhood. Located on the boulevard Chave, this small restaurant is the playground of the chef Auregan Dean, who we discovered with delight at Yima or Opéra Zoizo. A table for meat lovers, home cooking, generous. That evening, we enjoyed the sausage of the moment, the divine homemade pate, Marseille peppers in gyozas and succulent conger dumplings, potato siphon, pear-shallot-hazelnut tartar.
