LE PARPAING QUI FLOTTE
In this rather quiet street, there is now a lighthouse in the night: the Parpaing qui Flotte, which since its opening has attracted a crowd of young people seduced by the concept that is both trendy and relaxed at the same time. Funny name for this new place, with a pretty mosaic floor, two rooms with tables but also a pecking counter, whose walls have been decorated with this famous cinder block. It also gave its name to a signature cocktail (gin cucumber, basil). A menu of classic cocktails (Bloody Mary, Mai Tai) and revisited cocktails like the Aperol Passion (a passion fruit spritz), but also seasonal cocktails like the After chave (white rum, lemongrass, orange bitter, grapefruit). The place is also a wine bar with almost all organic wines and gastronomic tapas (see restaurant). It's a pity that the service is not up to scratch and often a little distant.
