Located in the heart of Marseille, close to the CHU la Timone, the Vallier Institute is a multi-multisport club that has just celebrated its 38 th anniversary. There are a variety of combat sports (judo, aikido, escrime, karate, etc.) that make good use of fitness, dance and even, since this year, pilates. For children: Baby dance, baby sport, pre-judo… Anyway, everyone can practice a sport adapted to their tastes or their age, thanks to a friendly and dynamic team whose teaching will be adapted to the type of activity chosen.
