Since 1948, student status has provided the same benefits as insured persons in the general plan. MEP deals with your health refunds (social and complementary security). In particular, it allows you not to pay any fee through third-party payment and to immediately treat your sheets of care in its dedicated spaces (refund under 48 h!). It also organizes preventive measures (ex: first aid) on campus. In the south, MEP has 18 areas and hotlines on the academies of Aix-Marseille, Montpellier, Nice-Toulon and Corsica. To date, almost 87 000 students have chosen MEP in the South-East!

In the setting of my studies, I came to study in region PACA. So I changed mutual insurance company passing the SMEBA with MEP all in all the same mutual insurance company. Happy services SMEBA, I was very disappointed MEP. Indeed, they are open 10:30 at 16:30 therefore almost impossible to get there is always in study. On site waiting is unbearable. Their supposed telephone platform to help you and the worst of their services. The staff are friendly and send you " balader" when you contact them.
I highly recommend another mutual insurance company, which I spirit to make a present.
