Unusual family establishment for a guided tour among the machines of the production and bottling line

The famous Cristal Limiñana company in Marseille is one of the last factories still producing Pastis de Marseille and anisette. A family-run business on a human scale that's well worth a visit! Maristella Vasserot-Limiñana, Noëlle's daughter, will tell you how the adventure began in 1884 with her great-grandfather leaving Spain for Algeria, where anisette was then flowing in abundance... A 1.5-hour visit amidst the machines and production apparatus, which have remained as traditional as possible. A beautiful story, a change of scenery and smells.

J'ai acheté à plusieurs reprises les produits de l'entreprise Cristal Liminana pour des cadeaux et pour ma propre consommation.
Ce sont des produits de qualité qu'on retrouve d'ailleurs dans certains épicerie fines et restaurants.
C'est une entreprise familiale qui a su perdurer depuis les années 1884 à nos jours.
Je recommande vivement.
