Restaurant and delicatessen, Baskawaï offers a menu as generous as the cuisine of the Basque Country: piquillos with cod brandade in a sweet garlic and basil cream sauce, sautéed squid with parsley and chorizo, 8 o'clock pig in chorizo sauce... But also a vegetarian plate for those who prefer and dishes of the day that change every day like an aioli that lunch!
