Senegalese cuisine to enjoy in a restaurant with a musical atmosphere in Marseille.
It starts with typical Senegalese starters: pastels, fatayas and acaras, which are fish, meat or vegetable fritters served with a spicy tomato sauce. Main courses include tieboudien, the national dish based on grouper and vegetables served with red rice; tiebou yap, a dish based on mutton and vegetables served with fragrant rice; wassoul kebabs, with grouper, shrimps, scallops, onion and bell pepper, served with fried manioc and a fresh cream and lemon sauce. Watch out for the chili sauces, they're really strong. Music, laughter and good humor are the order of the day at this restaurant.

Les plats étaient tous excellents, et les rhums arrangés … bababa, des merveilles.
On reviendra très très bientôt !
Merci Richard !
