Restaurant offering a journey into the gastronomy of the American South, a particular cuisine that plays on sweet and sour.
This small, characterful restaurant takes us on a journey to the United States, and more specifically to the South. A "soul food" version of the meal. The young owner, inspired by a trip to New York, had the brilliant idea of offering Marseilles residents the chance to discover these rather unusual dishes for our unaccustomed appetites. Suffice to say, you'll discover real fried chicken, a far cry from flavorless fast-food. A surprisingly homemade combination of fried chicken and American waffle, as well as the famous cornbread. Another specialty is the "mac'n'cheese" that Americans love so much. We love the musical atmosphere.
