A great address for lovers of Japanese cuisine on Boulevard Notre-Dame.

Here, there's plenty of choice and, above all, creativity. First of all, the house offers a wide range of authentic ramen, a noodle soup that is very popular in Japan, with pork, chicken or vegetarian dishes. You can also try hiroshimayaki, a dish made with a dough that coats many ingredients (cabbage, soy, carrots, noodles, ham, egg, etc.), or sake teriyaki: grilled salmon with sautéed vegetables and white rice. You'll also find assortments of sushi, of course, and gyozas, delicious Japanese ravioli steamed and grilled on one side, as well as onigiri and takoyaki. Genuine Japanese gastronomy! Reservations are essential!
