Sushis, sashimis, makis or californias concocted by Itamaés chefs in a Japanese brasserie.
They've been chosen by the Japanese Consulate General to commemorate the Emperor's birthday on several occasions, so they've mastered the authentic art of Nipponese cuisine. They are Kyo Sushi's chefs, or "Itamaés" in Japanese, each with many years' experience. If you too would like to try authentic sushi, sashimi, maki or california, head for this pretty Japanese brasserie, Izakaya, just a stone's throw from Place Castellane. We also recommend you try the hot specialties, such as miso soup, gyoza (steamed and grilled ravioli), takoyaki (octopus-based specialty), yakitori, karaage, tempura, tataki... Good beers too, notably Iki, made with green tea and yuzu. For dessert, a homemade Daïfuku. Kyo Sushi is not one of those sushi chains you find everywhere, and you'll soon realize it.
