Vegan dishes at the best value for money in a Vietnamese speciality restaurant.

It is in an intimate atmosphere that you will discover the cuisine of the Dragon Bay. The restaurant offers you the possibility to discover Vietnamese specialities, with no less than two pages dedicated to vegans dishes. The revenues are original: soufflé soufflé, vegetable nems, Vietnamese pancakes, etc. Special mention for dessert called the Dragon fire, which is no other than a vanilla soybean ice surrounded by a fried doughnut, everything sprinkled with caramel and yellow with rum! High quality price/price ratio for top restaurant.

Très rare restaurant asiatique avec une carte végétalienne. Les desserts, entièrement végétaliens, sont succulents (notamment le banoffee banane et le lait de coco aux graines de tapioca et maïs). Les plats non végé sont très bons aussi. Les plats végétariens sont parfumés mais gagneraient à être encore plus savoureux avec plus d'herbes fraîches type coriandre, basilic thaï, citron vert, etc.
Le patron est sympathique, drôle et efficace. Une chouette adresse près du cours St-Julien. Ils font le pari de prouver que le cuisine végé peut être aussi savoureuse que la cuisine non végé et c'est réussi. Bravo ! Et à prix très abordables. Ne changez rien ! Continuez à peaufiner vos recette vegan. Un grand merci!

I didnt book but they were very accomodating to fit me in! I chose the citrus tofu dish, spring rolls and finished with a pandan sticky rice pudding. Absolutely everything was soooo delicious. The flavours were incredible. The staff were also super friendly and the breadth of vegan options was highly admirable !!
