The hotel Vapiano is halfway between the restaurant and fast food. The dishes are served at the plate but not at the table. They are prepared before your eyes in open kitchens. At the entrance you will be given a magnetic card that allows you to place orders at the various stands of the restaurant (pizzas, salads, pastis, risotto, dessert, bar…). With a tray you queue at the workshop of your choice, place order and recover your prepared dish minute. Then, you go to the credit card with your card and pay your due before going to the room or on the terrace. Traditional service enthusiasts will not find their happiness, especially since the tail for lunch can be long, but for those who want a custom-made dish, it's ideal because you can choose one of the suggestions of the map or compose your meal with the ingredients of your choice.
