Mama Spice is the superb adventure of Devaky Sivadasan, a Marseillaise by adoption, of Indian origin. With the spices of her native land, she combines the herbs of her adopted region, Provence. A plebiscite since the blends are used by the city's greatest chefs. A love of flavours and scents that completes a singular and endearing personality. To this project of spicy creations, she now launches astonishing lunches and dinners, mixing personal culinary influences. Only the lucky ones who make reservations will be able to taste them. Two courses (that day, grilled apples with spices, peppers, zucchini tagliatelle and chickpeas, accompanied by shredded chicken or lamb chops flavoured with Mama Spice), one dessert.
