And from the look of the menu, you're likely to see butterflies in your stomach. The menu changes every week. Roasted eggplant with tahini and lemon sauce or peach, tomato and basil salad for starters. For the main course, vegan burgers or generous Camargue rice, coral lentils and vegetables.
