Opening in autumn 2023 in the Cours Julien district, this excellent restaurant describes itself as a "seafood and vegetarian bistro". The menu features seafood and vegetarian dishes. The small room is warm and welcoming, and the patio most charming. What can we say about the cuisine, except that everything is perfect: from the extremely fine sea bream ceviche to the melting, lacquered octopus tentacle with yuzu sauce and winter vegetables. A real treat. A flawless finish with an apple-ginger cake and chocolate ganache, a masterful mastery of flavors. Top-notch!
