Right next door to their successful first address, Jules Girandon and Pauline Lagon have opened a new bistro in November 2023, dedicated to lovers of good meat, ready to "fill their bellies". The slate includes starters such as homemade sausage, pâté en croûte and frisée aux lardons. To continue the day, a leg of duck confit, calf's head with gribiche sauce or chicken supreme with morel mushroom sauce. Traditional modernized in a sort of bouchon lyonnais à la marseillaise.
