It was after a trip to Puglia that Stéphanie and Guillaume, both from Provence, came up with the brilliant idea of offering panzerotti to the people of Marseilles. A true staple of transalpine street-food, this deep-fried pizza dough turnover is generously topped with imported ingredients and carefully selected by our gourmets. It's generous and well-made, a far cry from the heavy-handed idea of a deep-fried dish. New recipes are added regularly, such as the addictively melting MTP(Mozza, taleggio and pecorino).
