With the arrival of Laurent Guillaume and Elise at the helm of Maison Vauban in 2019, the concept is more focused on the plate. Laurent, in the kitchen, brings his know-how acquired in Paris and during a successful experience in California. At lunchtime, you'll find daily specials on the slate, made with seasonal produce, and from Thursday evening, plates to share. A must in the neighborhood, this place attracts a growing number of regulars, where all generations meet in a friendly and sometimes festive atmosphere. The decor is well thought-out, with a charming little patio and a large, elegant bar with green tiles.

Je ne mets que 4 étoiles car la cuisine est gourmande mais parfois un peu trop grasse! C’est une affaire de goût car dans l’ensemble cest top!
