A refined menu with a lively cuisine that lends itself to a gourmet Italian meal in a trendy Marseille atmosphere.

Café Pop is a landmark address in the city center. Since its creation, it has been a gourmet and trendy landmark for young working people in the area, with a fine Italian menu that changes with the seasons. On the day of our visit, the reduced menu included arrancini, mussels with parsley and bacon, vitello tonnato and yellowtail carpaccio. Then there was pasta with lemon, traditional Italian ragù, homemade gnocchi with mortadella, pistachio and poultry... One fish and two meat dishes.

Popular, certainly not. If you want to wait, wait, wait for, terminal being served without smiling dishes not terrible and expensive. It is here that it is necessary to come. The worst of Marseille gathers. The only positive point, the decor. But you do not go to the restaurant to eat furniture. €50 By cover for an entrance (2 tapas 16th), a steak (18th), More chips (€5) because the accompanying is noon not included, coca (€4) and a glass of wine (£6). I spent 1:30 eat. Finally, expect my dishes. So I offbeat all my go afternoon. I did not take dessert, or coffee for lack of time. And then it would have cost me €10. I spend half a cafe bank, for impeccable dishes and impeccable service... my choice is homemade!!!
How can you as many read amenities that would not a place. If you look a little closer... One promises to us: evenings, cocktails surprising, hearty dishes, prices not very high, a young clientele and nice, a perfect service... Nothing of all that is true. When a cocktail is ordered, makes them sardinia, it is expensive, not very good, fortunately it is small portions, otherwise all dishes would make full. The service is very long. And then, the top of the top, it is to hear the waiters to completely make reproaches next to the plateau in the service. " It is that the calling cards are well-appointed on the bar! It is more important than serve people! One of fout people, it is me most important! " Wherever heard, after a 40 minute wait for your dish noon, you are certain to date back!
