A nice little restaurant offering beautiful and inspired dishes to accompany a glass of local wine in Marseille.
A new address in the heart of Vauban, an area in full renewal, and whose wonderful store front give colors to the nice plot located at the top of the Notre-Dame Boulevard. Olivier Valles, who worked alongside Didier Tanni and Eric Para at the Grand Bar des Goudes and his acolyte Stéphane Crelleux, received you in a small restaurant with a careful decor already full. Shouldered by a benevolent mother like the Good Mother above their head, Olivier and Stéphane concocted very inspired beautiful plates. On that day, Petit Futé opted for a salmon gravlax accompanied by a cardamome cream, good and above all presented in lovely plate we had rarely seen! Coming up next, surprising Beef/Cheese rolls, yakitori sauce on a bed of field salad, very good. Every week, the suggestions change. As for desserts, tiramisu, Tatin pie, charlotte chocolate or apple crumble. In the glass, a very beautiful selection of local wines but that's not all. Always wines from small producers found with passion. For example, a Loire wine: Alexander Bain smoked Pouilly or a wine from Alsace, Vincent Fleith, winemaker, very floral dry white. There is also a selection of champagnes, including the famous Billecart-Salmon. An address to discover in an authentic and fashionable neighborhood.
