A small, discreet address on the Cours Gouffé, not far from Castellane, but highly esteemed by a loyal neighborhood clientele, whether from the neighborhood or occasionally from the office. On one of the two slates in front, a message proclaims that here "we peel, we chop, we slice, we pocket (...) in short, we cook for you and above all, we love it". The motto, then, is "home-made" and traditional cuisine that's as invigorating as you could wish for, at reasonable prices. Moules marinières-frites, chef's burger, lunch salads, grilled duck breast or butcher's cuts - there's something for everyone, except perhaps vegetarians, who'll pass. Low prices and good food.

J’ai choisi le plat du jour, accompagné de frite puis un flan au caramel et un café, pour 14,50€.
Repas copieux, je suis reparti le ventre plein. Les plats que j’ai vue passer avaient l’air tout aussi délicieux.
Pour ceux qui sont attachés au format “bistrot” traditionnel vous ne serez absolument pas déçu.
