The cuisine is top-notch, without being overly pompous. At lunchtime, Cédrat gives way to Mama Kyuna. A bistronomic canteen of the world, with affordable formulas and a certain delight for the palate. Chef Maëlyss Vultaggio is on hand for lunch. A wonderful encounter between two undoubted talents.
