Top-notch cuisine with Eric Maillet in the kitchen in the evenings, and Maëlyss Vultaggio with her Mama Kyuna world cuisine at lunchtime.
A superb address well known to gourmets. Having worked in Passédat's kitchens, Eric Maillet is here to delight our taste buds. The menu varies with the seasons, changing every three weeks. The cuisine is top-notch, without being overly pompous. At lunchtime, Cédrat gives way to Mama Kyuna. A bistronomic canteen of the world, with affordable formulas and a certain delight for the palate. Chef Maëlyss Vultaggio is on hand for lunch. A wonderful encounter between two undoubted talents.
