With a name like that and a beautiful facade like this restaurant's, all the ingredients are there to make you want to sit down at this recently opened venue (2021) in the ever-bustling Lodi district. At the helm, a talented young duo invites us to revisit our French gastronomic classics in a modernized, polished version. The discovery menu is an invitation to discover the tasty cuisine of Copains. Breaded calf sweetbread, a range of roasted, raw, pickled, puréed and seeded squash, accompanied by sanguins.
