A new bistronomic address a stone's throw from Marseille's Place Castellane, where talented chef Jérémie Fennetaux officiates.
After a number of noteworthy experiences in Marseille's gastronomic scene, most notably at Les Jardins du Cloître, Jérémie Fennetaux is embarking on a more personal adventure at the start of summer 2024, at the helm of his restaurant Alma, a stone's throw from Place Castellane. With Malaury's gentle welcome as a bonus, you're in for a fine culinary experience, just as the chef knows how to treat us to in his previous establishments. The dishes are as beautiful as they are daring in their combinations, the cuisine is full of flavors and the menu changes weekly. For our part, we loved the pan-fried shiitake with its amazing fried soft-boiled egg, followed by a squid with prawn bisque, peppers, chanterelles and soubressade, before finishing with a delicate lavender crème brûlée. Masterfully balanced. Certainly an address destined for a great future.
