Apartment on the floor with circular terrace offering spacious rooms near the Cours Julien.

You are in the heart of the 6th district, near the cours Julien and its many restaurants and bars. The lovely host moved and now offers 3 rooms where the rooms are much bigger. The apartment, located on the 1st floor, is typically of Marseille, with high ceilings, fireplaces, and tiles. You will enjoy this pleasant place that is now open all year round, and its circular terrace. As for the decoration, the place is refined, what could be more natural, knowing that the owner is an artist-painter and illustrator. Moreover, the considerable advantage for tourists from all over the world, this charming artist speaks German, Spanish, Hungarian, Bulgarian, Croatian and serbian. A polyglot in rise. As for the food, she offers on request, lunch and dinner, a cuisine with Greek, Spanish and Hungarian influences. A world tour without moving out of Marseille!

5 nights mme PASKA who was very welcoming, completely available to talk to us about Marseille, to share all the small goods déj with us; it is a charming lady so we would have extended well our stay. The room and the apartment are worthy of an Artist (tables, original decor); room we felt well throughout the week. The price of €55 with Pt déj included is interesting. The location of this accommodation is ideal: about 1O minutes from the Old Port; 1O minutes for the St Charles station. We made all our trips on foot in Marseille (except for the calanques: bus required). A large thank you mme PASKA. Trust!

I do not recommend this place.

Indeed friendly guest... but we did not find the pleasant. Breakfast taken in the dark entrance hall and total reality lacks maintenance.

I was not yet but I reserved by making down a payment. To already receive a certificate as what I reserved, it was impossible waiting and a fight. Here, the person having to be could not come, zero euro of reimbursed. The fact not reimbursed still passes but it is mainly the way to which me very mall. The lady is never reachable, I sent twice letters by postal mail and well! no meet.
