GALERIE DE L’ÉCOLE SUPÉRIEURE D'ART ET DE DESIGN MARSEILLE-MÉDITERRANÉE
Located on the site of Luminy, the higher school of art and design Marseille-Mediterranean (ESADMM) - formerly named the Higher School of Fine Arts of Marseille (ESBAM) - aims to train young creators by providing higher education over three or five years, sanctioned by national diplomas. It should therefore be noted the opening, since September 2013, of a public preparatory class for the entrance competitions of the higher arts education establishments (higher schools of art and design, school of architecture, audiovisual schools, applied arts schools…). This gallery offers a retrospective of the most talented residents of the Fine arts as well as former students confirmed by the contemporary art market. The School has a gallery in the city centre. There are about ten exhibitions per year. It constitutes a hyphen between the heart of the city and the ESADMM. It has an exposure area of 300 m 2 with a video broadcast space. Five to six exhibitions per year are organized, including those of artists in residence at school.
