LA BALEINE
Small local cinema on Cours Julien in Marseille, offering a rich and varied program, restaurant and terrace.
For a long time, Cours Ju was known for a whale that said "wave". Today, we go to the Baleine to go to the cinema or to enjoy a culinary moment in the adjoining bistro. La Baleine d'aujourd'hui, opened in 2018, is a ciné-bistrot that we really appreciate. A single, comfortable room that hosts ciné-débats, workshops and previews. The program includes classics, alternative films and contemporary themes. Some screenings are reserved for young audiences. The bistro serves fresh, organic cuisine. There's a good choice of dishes on the slate at lunchtime and tapas to share in the evening.
