The welcome is warm, the guests have take the problem of all explaining well, so no amalgam is made. The expenses are really less than if you pass by the real estate broker that will bill with its fresh one month of rent in charge of agency minimum.
For my case it is simple, first visited apartment, rental executed. The apartment is re-done and the owner is quite charming and friendly.
I regularly received updates of announcement, with new apartment to visit, according to my searching criteria starting, and I confirm, there are REALLY new apartments, and those already rented other no more.
In short be reassured, no scam on the horizon for my part, and cool 3 times less.
Impressive efficiency (- one week to find a rental in total fits right with what I searched and a treasure of real estate on the level price quality each time)
