At the helm of Mat'cha since April 2023, a stone's throw from the Cours Julien, Anthony, a traveler at heart, has dabbled in Asia and Brazil, where he lived. From all these peregrinations, he has brought back a love of Bubble Tea. The real thing. The good kind. The quality, made with natural, selected products, because yes, our curious palates have been too accustomed to chemical versions. No, at Mat'cha, we use natural tapioca or boba pearls (Taiwanese style), as well as fruit pearls to garnish your drink. Another delight to be discovered here is the range of matcha teas, with organic matcha from Japan, coconut, organic white chocolate or almond. A delightful taste journey!
