HOUSE OF PAIN
Bakery in the Notre-Dame-du-Mont district, open on Mondays, offering good bread by the slice as well as cakes and cakes.
A little gem where you can find all kinds of organic breads, made on the premises from a variety of flours (petit épeautre, méteil, sarrasin, khorasan). The welcome is shyer than elsewhere, but polite. As for the bread, it strikes the eye first with its orange crust, and the palate with the almost roasted taste of that same crust. Here you'll find amazing breads with spices, as well as cookies, brioches and savoury rolls. A real treat, and a good way to opt for healthy bread without breaking the bank. The bakery is open on Mondays.
