Fancy a delicious ice cream? Émeline and Guillaume have reinvented the 100% natural ice cream stick. After starting out with a scooter, they now employ around thirty people and have opened their shop in the Vauban district of Marseille (another in Aix, one in Paris and over 300 retailers). The soft and pastel decor invites you to taste sorbets and ice cream recipes. These little pleasures are handcrafted from fresh, whole ingredients and seasonal products from local producers. Worked during the day, the ice creams are declined in original and tasty recipes. That day "La Vitaminée" kept its promise: strawberry, lemon, olive oil and vanilla. "La Black sésame" (black sesame) or "La Detox" (lemon, turmeric, ginger) also seduce. To enhance your delights: melted chocolate, granola, pistachios or coconut shavings. Extend the snack with homemade "cake pops" (cakes on sticks). Smoothies, matcha teas and sesame coffee accompany your tasty and refreshing break. A frosty and recommended address!
