This is the story of a historic business in Marseille, created in 1932, and taken over in 2019 by Marie. The delicatessen has been preserved in its juice, even keeping its name. Pork lovers will be delighted with andouillettes, caillettes and home-made pâtés. The new manager has breathed new life into the business, working with farmhouse pigs from the Ventoux region, for example, and eliminating nitrites from her charcuterie. Surrounded by a passionate female team, Marie also offers catering suggestions for your events.
