RHUM LES CANAILLES
We've been dreaming of a rhum arrangé made in Marseille, and Les Canailles has made it! A team of enthusiasts whose production laboratory is located on the Cours Gouffé, right next to the Zoumaï brasserie, offer us some exotic beverages that showcase the Provencal terroir. The rum and exotic fruits used in some recipes come from afar, but otherwise Les Canailles has made a point of working locally (apples from Vaucluse, figs from Solliès...). The result is fruity, sunny recipes of incomparable quality, sourced right around the corner. Mango chilli, almond caramel or apple tonka bean, which one will make you fall in love?
