Specialties from the sea in an establishment that has preserved its authenticity in Marseille, facing the Catalans beach.

Since 1946, Restaurant Michel has been a veritable institution, celebrating the treasures of the Mediterranean. From generation to generation, this establishment has preserved its authenticity without compromising on quality or service. In fact, the fish arrivals depend on the fishermen involved and the fruits of their nightly labors! The owner, Paul Visciano, ensures that these conditions of excellence are met. The same criteria apply to the preparation of the famous bouillabaisse and bourride, the house specialties.

Restaurant very good but prohibitory rates, everything is made to have a savoury bill, one at €65 commands you almost bouillabaisse with half - an - hour waiting to prepare it freshly and we recommend squid to expect share 20th, the least expensive wine is a €50 and it is a muscadet wine!

What a pleasure a so good bouillabaisse without fighting outside! See the waiters to raise nets in front of to stand you and make us mouth water. If known as to tempted you by a " petite" leaves from dessert delicacy but not a quality...?

I would say only one thing: best of all bouillabaisse.
One has fish before cooking, after cooking, before carvery. A stylish and cordial service.
