Since 2015, Sabine, Roger and Patrick have been at the head of this establishment and are managing like chefs. The menu they offer is simple but all the dishes are prepared with precision and are particularly tasty. To start, you will have the choice between "Crimean black" tomatoes, mozzarella bufala, a crispy goat cheese with the scents of the island or a tuna sashimi. To follow: a grilled rib steak à la plancha, a fresh tuna roasted in sesame crust or a cod fillet roasted in olive oil. Not to mention the specialities to be ordered 48 hours in advance, such as a fish with coarse salt, a zarzuela or a bouillabaisse. You're going to enjoy it!
