At Le Roucas, every Friday, freshly made ramen is served by a few specialists who come to taste it in a small room which is quickly sold out. You can choose from pork, miso or soya ramens. Vegetarians will find something to feast on. Apart from these Japanese noodles, which have been mastered to perfection, here you can also enjoy carefully prepared bentos, fresh chirashis, sushi and makis. The address is still rather confidential and especially appreciated by the inhabitants of the district, but no doubt that with such quality, success will soon overwhelm Hako+.
