Guaranteed freshness and good produce, including Label Rouge Scottish salmon. A wide choice of sushi, sashimi and maki, california rolls as well as onigiri and green rolls (sheets of rice topped with vinegared rice, lettuce, mint and coriander and your choice of salmon, tuna, avocado, sea bream or shrimp). The curious can also discover the chef's bowls, chirachi and poke bowls. A very complete menu and a real pleasure just a stone's throw from the sea.
