In the spring of 2022, the restaurant at the New hotel of Marseille Pharo saw its kitchens taken over by the starred chef Alan Geaam. Just like his Parisian addresses, he proposes a modernized and sophisticated Lebanese cuisine, without forgetting the simple roots of this sunny gastronomy. Thus, alongside the traditional hummus or baba Ganoush, you will find surprising mezzes such as halloumi rolls or hummus with pesto. A great choice of vegetarian, meat and fish mezzes, which you can find on Sundays in a very greedy brunch. For the main course, grilled meats are well accompanied, appetizing and well served.
