A variety of home-made dishes are offered in Marseille.
In the Endoume district, the Baron Perché has a guaranteed retro atmosphere: old TV sets (the one at the entrance dates from the 1950s), a corner for children with old game consoles (Nintendo, Sega...) and antique furniture. On the plate, the chef offers a variety of dishes that change every week, all home-made. The specialties: fritto misto, breaded swordfish with anchovies and why not a provola on a carpaccio of zucchini and mushrooms! There are also very good cold cuts and cheese directly from Felino, a small village near Parma. Accompany it with a good glass of Italian wine, and follow the owner's advice! Don't forget to make a reservation!

Fabulous food gorgeously presented lovely staff and genuine setting. This was one of my favorite all time meals while travelling in France, beautiful seasonal ingredients prepared to feature freshness, taste and local. Loved the casual comfortable aesthetics of the place. ????
