Le Carré, the Sofitel's brasserie, welcomes you at any time of the day. In the morning, at breakfast and even in the afternoon for a special tea-time. On the restaurant menu, the recently arrived chef Alexandre Auger, in collaboration with Alexandre Mossé, has imagined seasonal proposals: cauliflower mousseline, tamarisk oysters and caviar as a starter, blue lobster with green lentils and Jerusalem artichokes to continue before concluding with a mandarin shortbread and pear compote. The setting is magical and the service meticulous.

Le restaurant est très beau un cadre magnifique, mais les tables sont trop collé juste derrière nous on attend les conversations des autres clients,très déçu, est le service très long 40 minutes pour des pâtes... je pense qu'il n'y à plus de vrais chef pour se que la carte propose salades hamburger etc.. ???? dommage pour un belle hôtel comme ça

Le Bistromanie offre une belle vue sur la sortie du vieux port et le Mucem, de sa terrasse ou du salon on peut apprécier la qualité des plats raffinés. Le service est irréprochable et vous serez servis avec de beaux sourires.
