Le Carré, the Sofitel's brasserie, welcomes you at any time of the day. In the morning, at breakfast and even in the afternoon for a special tea-time. On the restaurant menu, the recently arrived chef Alexandre Auger, in collaboration with Alexandre Mossé, has imagined seasonal proposals: cauliflower mousseline, tamarisk oysters and caviar as a starter, blue lobster with green lentils and Jerusalem artichokes to continue before concluding with a mandarin shortbread and pear compote. The setting is magical and the service meticulous.
