Les bords de mer is not just a hotel, it's also a restaurant that puts seafood in the spotlight and, in fine weather, boasts a superb terrace. Singaporean chef Chester Tsai has taken charge of the kitchen, bringing a breath of fresh air to Marseille's gastronomic scene. The amuse-bouche is a Filipino ceviche with coconut vinegar. This is followed by monkfish in a sweet-and-sour pepper sauce, or snacked cuttlefish with grilled cabbage and celery. Vegetarian options are gourmet. Magnificent, on the plate and all around you!

Le personnel de l'hotel et du restaurant est tres acceuillant et Attentif, vraiment agréable.
Tres bel endroit pour découvrir Marseille, il ne manque qu'un parking pour être "presque parfait" :-)
