In the heart of the newly built Nhow Palm Beach Hotel, reopened and renovated in 2018, is a choice restaurant, Les Bains, in a delightfully aquatic setting where you can enjoy top-notch Mediterranean cuisine. First of all, the frame, in natural, modern and stylized blue tones. The terrace overlooks the swimming pool (which you can enjoy with the lunch & pool or brunch & pool packages), with the south coast of Marseille as a backdrop to the Calanques massif. In the plate the refinement: The first taste of the garden deglazed with pastis, a heart of creamy burrata lacquered with poultry juice, a duck fillet from the Challans Label Rouge and an assortment of local delicacies.

Relation personnel client zéro, impossible de faire une réservation, j'ai appelé il y a deux jours la dame m'a fait attendre au téléphone sans jamais revenir vers moi, elle n'a même pas pris l'initiative de me rappeler par la suite, le jour même j'ai envoyé un mail avec une question sur les créneaux de réservation aucun retour. Ne mettez pas vos pieds à ce genre d'endroits en leur faisant gagner des sous....

Très beau séjour passé au nhow, très beau cadre, l’hôtel est situé en bord de mer, décoration sublime, cuisine excellente, bar à en couper la soif du désert, spa petit mais suffisant, je recommande fortement cet hôtel !
