On the plate, original and creative recipes based on top quality products and according to the daily arrival of fish - some of which are not very well known by the general public! A cuisine of reflection, full of inventiveness and noble and forgotten products, the Petit Nice remains the absolute "must", without ever flinching and undoubtedly one of the best tables in Provence! A unique experience for sure.

although the cuisine is another world but we can not say as many different services it making up a three star worthy of the name
welcome nonexistent, service hard table sommelier absent, no apparation of the Master of the places in room
without forgetting the errors in the order of the main courses on a menu running which is small PASSEDAT
I hope that this Master of the cuisine will quickly take the initiatives taking a lead in its services other than culinary so that it has preserved its three star
