Restaurant with a kitchen open to the room and vibrating the culinary scene of Marseille
It's been a few months now that a restaurant created in 2020 at the Pharo has been making the Marseilles culinary scene vibrate. Here and there, we have heard great things about it and when we learn that it is the chef Axel Guillem who is at the helm of this establishment, our curiosity is even more aroused. The result is as good as we expected. What elegance, both in the place and in the instinctive virtuosity of the plates! We particularly appreciate the open kitchen, the care given to the service and the freshness of the flavors.
