A promising new address has opened on rue Sainte, in the Saint-Victor district. It's a lovely place to settle in and discover the world of a young couple, Marie and Thimothée Aumont, who run this restaurant whose name is a tribute to the young man's family olive trees. They offer succulent Mediterranean cuisine with a variety of influences around the Mediterranean Sea. In the evening, two blind menus are available. The plates are beautiful, carefully presented and tempting. Excellent mastery of cooking and flavors.

Tout simplement exceptionnel. Inventif, savoureux, chaque détail compte. Des assiettes parfaites de À à Z. Un service attentif, tout en simplicité et en efficacité. Bref, vous avez séduit des lyonnais habitués aux bonnes tables et on reviendra sans tarder :)

Pleasant discovery in the city of Marseille. The restaurant offers two blind menus mainly of seafood.
For two full menus plus wine 80 euros each. Place to know sooner rather than later before prices rise given the remarkable quality.
