It's a lovely place to settle in and discover the world of a young couple, Marie and Thimothée Aumont, who run this restaurant whose name is a tribute to the young man's family olive trees. They offer succulent Mediterranean cuisine with a variety of influences around the Mediterranean Sea. In the evening, two blind menus are available. The plates are beautiful, carefully presented and tempting. Excellent mastery of cooking and flavors.
