A promising new address has opened on rue Sainte, in the Saint-Victor district. It's a lovely place to settle in and discover the world of a young couple, Marie and Thimothée Aumont, who run this restaurant whose name is a tribute to the young man's family olive trees. They offer succulent Mediterranean cuisine with a variety of influences around the Mediterranean Sea. In the evening, two blind menus are available. The plates are beautiful, carefully presented and tempting. Excellent mastery of cooking and flavors.

Visité au déjeuner. Cuisine raffinéee. Excellent rapport qualité/prix.
Seul bémol, indépendant de la volonté de la direction, c'était un peu bruyant. Mérite le détour pour reprendre une expression utilisée par le guide Michelin.
